Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a SBIR?

The SBIR program is a way for the U.S. to stimulate the economy and support scientific and technological innovation to meet specific U.S. Government needs. This Accelerator prepares participants for a “Direct to Phase II” application. This simply means obtaining a Phase I award is NOT a prerequisite for this Phase II application. Additionally, this is an investment opportunity that is non-dilutive of your equity.
